CME

40-50 CME credits will be available at the Summit. Final credit count pending.

Students & Residents

Specific events for students and residents, including a student and resident track and a student and resident beer tasting, will be hosted at the Summit. Registration costs are deeply discounted for students and residents, at $75 a day. Students can apply for one of a limited number of scholarships that will cover all registration, travel and accommodation costs. Download the scholarship application here. We encourage you to grab your classmates and colleagues and make a road trip to join us!

Registration & Check-In

Registration for the 2019 Annual Summit is now open, and will remain open through the duration of the conference. You may register in advance, or on-site. Register before February 1, 2019 and receive $100 off your purchase of $400 or more with coupon code EARLYBIRD.

The registration and check-in booth will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. May 2, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. May 3 & 4, and 7:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. May 5.

ACLS, BLS, and PALS Classes

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) will again be taught at the Annual Summit. These classes are offered through the Health Education Network. If you are interested in taking one of these classes, you will need to register through the Health Education Network, separate from your general Annual Summit registration.

Meals

The Thursday evening welcome reception, breakfasts, lunches on Friday and Saturday, and snacks are all included in the cost of registration. Dinners are on your own.

Conference Materials 

Free WI-FI will be available at the conference, and all session materials will be available online. There will be NO printed conference materials.

Dates, Location & Times

The 2019 Annual Summit Exhibit Hall is open Friday, May 3. The Summit takes place at the Hilton Fort Collins, 425 W. Prospect Rd., Fort Collins, CO 80528.

Exhibitors should arrive between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. as attendees will visit your booths beginning at 10 a.m.

Attendees will visit the exhibit hall 3 times on Friday. We will be hosting a Kentucky Derby themed brunch in the hall from 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Attendees will have an exhibit hall break from 2:05 p.m. to 3:05 p.m., and we will conclude the day with a happy hour from 5:45 to 6:15 p.m.

Exhibitors will pack up at the conclusion of the happy hour.

Theme

This year’s theme is 1st Place to Family Medicine. Our celebration recognizes the other big event of the weekend: the Kentucky Derby! We encourage exhibitors to celebrate along with us by dressing up your booth, pulling out your fascinators, bow ties and pastel colors, getting creative and having fun.

A prize will be given to the best booth of the Summit.

Registration

Registration for exhibitors is now open. You may register up until the opening of the conference, however, in order to be included in promotional materials you MUST be registered no later that 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 12, 2019.

Get $100 off the price of your exhibit when you sign-up by Friday, February 1, 2019 with coupon code EXHIBIT. Good on exhibitor purchases $1,000 and over.

Payment

You may pay for your booth at the time of registration by credit card, or by check or credit card after registering. For exhibitors choosing to pay later, you will receive an official invoice after registering (this is separate from the confirmation email that you will receive). All final payments are due by Monday, June 3, 2019.
