CME

Up to 40 CME credits available. Final CME credit count pending. Maximum credit count assumes an attendee attends all classes during the Summit, including any pre-conference sessions and any bonus evening sessions.

Interested in Presenting? 

The CAFP welcomes your proposal to give a talk at the Annual Summit. For more information and to submit your proposal, click here. Proposals are due November 1, 2019, however proposals submitted after that date will still be considered if there are available slots in the conference.

Registration & Check-In

Registration for the 2020 Annual Summit is now open, and will remain open through the duration of the conference. You may register in advance, or on-site.

If you register on-site the fee will be $500 for members (regardless of membership type) and $700 for non-members.

Register before February 1, 2020 and receive $50 off your purchase of $400 or more with coupon code CLUE.

The registration and check-in booth will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. April 16, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. April 17 & 18, and 7:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. April 19.

Students & Residents

Specific events for students and residents, including a student and resident track and a student and resident beer tasting, will be hosted at the Summit. Registration costs are deeply discounted for students and residents, at $75 a day. Students and residents can apply for one of a limited number of scholarships that will cover all registration, travel and accommodation costs. ACLS, BLS, and PALS Classes

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) will again be taught at the Annual Summit. These classes are offered through the Health Education Network. If you are interested in taking one of these classes, you will need to register through the Health Education Network, separate from your general Annual Summit registration.

Meals

The Thursday evening welcome reception, breakfasts, lunches on Friday and Saturday, and snacks are all included in the cost of registration. Dinners are on your own.

Conference Materials 

Free WI-FI will be available at the conference, and all session materials will be available online.

If you require printed conference materials you MUST purchase them prior to arriving at the conference. NO printed conference materials will be available on-site in Estes Park. The fee for printed materials is $100. You can purchase them with your registration or by emailing a member of the CAFP staff.

Digital copies of the conference materials will also be made available to attendees prior to the start of the conference if you would like to print them yourself.

Dates, Location & Times

The 2020 Annual Summit Exhibit Hall is open Friday, April 17. The Summit takes place at the Stanley Hotel, 333 E. Wonderview Ave., Estes Park, CO 80517.

Exhibitors should arrive between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. as attendees will visit your booths beginning at 10 a.m.

Attendees will visit the exhibit hall 2 times on Friday. We will be hosting a board game-themed morning exhibit hall reception from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Attendees will have an additional exhibit hall break from 2:05 p.m. to 3:05 p.m..

Exhibitors will pack up at the conclusion of the exhibit hall break.

Theme

This year’s theme is Make Your Move. To celebrate this historic and mysterious venue (and it’s aptly named rooms, including the Billiard Room, the Library, and the Dining Room) our Summit is Clue-themed, and we are taking it one step further with a board game themed exhibit hall.

We encourage exhibitors to celebrate along with us by dressing up your booth and yourself! Whether you choose a classic like Monopoly, go all out in Candy Land, or stay with our overall theme of Clue, we hope you get creative and have fun.

Registration

Registration for exhibitors is now open. You may register up until the opening of the conference, however, in order to be included in promotional materials you MUST be registered no later that 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 27, 2020.

Get $100 off the price of your exhibit when you sign-up by Saturday, February 1, 2020 with coupon code EXHIBIT. Good on exhibitor purchases $1,000 and over.

Payment

You may pay for your booth at the time of registration by credit card, or by check or credit card after registering. For exhibitors choosing to pay later, you will receive an official invoice after registering (this is separate from the confirmation email that you will receive). All final payments are due by Monday, May 18, 2020.
