We will be hosting the 2024 Annual Summit at the Embassy Suites in Boulder, CO.

  • Each exhibitor is given access to attendees via an easy-to-use conference app! Make appointments, send messages, and “shake to connect” with attendees.
  • Title Exhibitor Booths include 2 Representatives. If you would like to add a representative, a fee of $150 will be charged. The fee covers food and beverage, wi-fi, and conference app access.

  • Cancellations

    All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to a $100 administrative fee. If notice of cancellation is received before March 12, the exhibitor will receive a full refund minus the $100 admin fee. If notice of cancellation is received between March 13 – April 5, the exhibitor will receive a 50% refund minus $100 admin fee. If notice of cancellation is received after after April 5, no refund will be given.
