So what is the Wellness Conference all about?

We hear more and more from members that burnout impacts the care you deliver. We recognize that much of this comes from the structure of our current medical system. Changing that system to work for family physicians remains a top priority for the CAFP. However, as of course you know, those changes can be frustratingly slow to come. So, what can we do to help you while these changes are occurring? How can we help you feel engaged? How can we energize you to continue to advocate for a primary care delivery system that works?

One of our answers is the CAFP Wellness Conference. This conference offers no-nonsense, real world tools to help you manage burnout. Session dig into the steps you can take in your daily life to make real change, from identifying support to seeking mindfulness to setting up a successful calendar.

Plus, sessions are CME certified, so you can focus on wellness while still checking an item off of your to-do list.

We have built in breaks to allow attendees to practice relaxation in our beautiful state, and for members who have been unable to join us at our Annual Summit, we have added bonuses to the schedule like a KSA (formerly SAM) and vaccination panel.
