The CAFP is excited to announce the first stop in our rural CME series. In an effort to bring CME opportunities to the communities of all of our members, we will be presenting a CME talk in Burlington, Colorado. All CAFP members are invited to join!

What: Key Cultural Competencies in Managing Patients With Diabetes, presented by Dr. Annibal Martinez

When: Saturday, August 13, 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
