Non-profit Exhibit ($500)

This rate is reserved for 501 (c)(3) organizations with an overall or department budget of less than $1m. This booth includes pricing for 1 representative. Included in the non-profit booth:

  • One, six-foot covered, skirted table

  • Breaks and Reception food and beverage; (1) drink ticket
  • Company Name on Bingo card
  • Free Wi-Fi

Expanded Tabletop Exhibit ($1,500)

This booth includes pricing for 1 representative. Included in the Expanded Tabletop Exhibit booth:

  • Floor standing displays allowed

Premium Exhibit ($2,000)

Title Supporter Exhibit ($7,500)

This exclusive package suits organizations that want to go all the way in supporting Family Physicians. We have crafted a custom package for you. This booth includes pricing for 2 representatives. Included in the Title Supporter Exhibit booth:

If you want to give conference attendees an extra reminder to visit your booth at the summit, consider a pre-conference email blast ($500/email).

Please note that if you bring additional staff to your booth outside of what is included in your exhibitor package, an additional $125 will be added to cover the cost of food and beverages.

    Gifts are given to all conference attendees who attend in person. Gifts in years past have been lunch totes, mugs, conference totes. Put your brand/logo in the hands of attendees. Artwork must be received by Jan. 15, 2023.

    Sponsor drinks and heavy appetizers for the most fun event of the conference. Guests and attendees will visit exhibit booths while snacking and drinking. Benefits: Table top signs, recognition in conference slide deck, organization name listed on CAFP Annual Summit website.

  • Cancellations

    All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to a $100 administrative fee. If notice of cancellation is received before April5. exhibitor will receive a full refund. If notice of cancellation is received between April 6 - May 5, exhibitor will receive a 50% refund minus admin fee. If notice of cancellation is received after after May 4, no refund will be given.
