Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.

Students & Residents

Students and residents are invited to join us at the Annual Summit! Registration is by the day, and is deeply discounted. Students and residents can also apply for a scholarship of up to $600 that will cover registration costs, travel expenses and accommodations. Download the scholarship application here.

Registration

Registration for the 2017 Annual Summit is now open, and will remain open through the duration of the conference. You may register in advance, or on-site. Register before February 24, 2017 and receive $50 off your purchase of $375 or more with coupon code EARLYBIRD.

The registration and check-in booth will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. April 20, 21 and 22, and 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. April 23.

ACLS, BLS, and PALS Classes

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) will again be taught at the Annual Summit. These classes are offered through the Health Education Network. If you are interested in taking one of these classes, you will need to register through the Health Education Network, separate from your general Annual Summit registration.

Extras

All meals on Friday and Saturday, as well as breakfast Sunday, are included in the cost of registration. There will also be snack breaks throughout the day. Breakfast and lunch are provided in select preconference sessions on Thursday.

Free WI-FI will be available at the conference, and all session materials will be available online.

The 2017 Annual Summit is family and guest friendly.

Dates & Times

The 2017 Annual Summit Exhibit Hall is open Friday, April 21. Exhibitors may arrive to begin setting up at 7:30 a.m. You will pack up and exit the exhibit hall by 8:00 p.m.

Attendees have two dedicated Exhibit Hall breaks throughout the day, 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. They can also visit the hall during their lunch break from 11:45 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. To close out the day we will host a family friendly and themed Exhibit Hall Reception from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., complete with drinks and heavy appetizers.

Theme

This year’s family friendly theme is The Wizard of Oz. We encourage exhibitors to dress up, design booths accordingly, be creative and have fun! A prize will be given to the best booth of the Summit.

Registration

Registration for exhibitors is now open. You may register up until the opening of the conference, however, in order to be included in the agenda booklet and in promotional materials you MUST be registered no later that 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 24.

Get $100 off the price of your exhibit when you sign-up by Friday, February 24, 2017 with coupon code EXHIBIT. Good on exhibitor purchases $1,000 and over.

Payment

You may pay for your booth at the time of registration by credit card, or by check or credit card after registering. For exhibitors choosing to pay later, you will receive an official invoice after registering (this is separate from the confirmation email that you will receive). All final payments are due by May 23, 2017.
