CAFP Annual Summit Discount Deadline Extended

The early registration discount deadline for the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians Annual Summit has been extended to February 29, 2016.

Receive up to $50 off when you register by the end of February. Not yet sure if you will be able to attend? Remember that prices also increase for onsite registrants, so be sure to register before arriving at the conference for savings of up to $100.

Discounted registration rates for students, residents, life and inactive members do not expire.
