  • Cancellations

    All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to a $100 administrative fee. If notice of cancellation is received before Feb. 12, the exhibitor will receive a full refund minus the $100 admin fee. If notice of cancellation is received between Feb. 13 – March 5, the exhibitor will receive a 50% refund minus $100 admin fee. If notice of cancellation is received after after April 1, no refund will be given.
