2024 CAFP Foundation Annual Summit Speaker Agreement

CAFP requires a Speaker Agreement to be completed by each speaker at our 2024 CAFP Foundation Annual Summit.

Items to have on hand to complete your Speaker Agreement:

• Title of your presentation
• 3-4 Learning Objectives
• Short biography* (not a CV, not to exceed 500 words)
• Head shot*

*Biography and head shot will be published in meeting materials.

Speakers will receive 1-day complimentary registration to the meeting on presentation day. If you plan to stay longer to attend sessions on other days, please register for the conference. The discounted Speaker rate is $318.75. You can register below.
