NEW THIS YEAR – Each exhibitor is given access to attendees via an easy-to-use conference app! Make appointments, send messages, and “shake to connect” with attendees.

**Title Exhibitor Booths includes 2 Representatives. If you would like to add an additional representative, a fee of $125 will be charged. The fee covers food and beverage, wi-fi, and conference app access.

    Gifts are given to all conference attendees who attend in person. Gifts in years past have been lunch totes, mugs, conference totes. Put your brand/logo in the hands of attendees. Artwork must be received by Jan. 15, 2023.

    Sponsor drinks and heavy appetizers for the most fun event of the conference. Guests and attendees will visit exhibit booths while snacking and drinking. Benefits: Table top signs, recognition in conference slide deck, organization name listed on CAFP Annual Summit website.

  • Cancellations

    All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to a $100 administrative fee. If notice of cancellation is received before April5. exhibitor will receive a full refund. If notice of cancellation is received between April 6 - May 5, exhibitor will receive a 50% refund minus admin fee. If notice of cancellation is received after after May 4, no refund will be given.
