Colorado Snapshot from AAFP’s Family Medicine Career Benchmark Dashboard

In 2023, AAFP surveyed members across the country for their groundbreaking tool, the Family Medicine Career Benchmark Dashboard. The dashboard, which is accessible to all AAFP members, is a first-of-its-kind tool for the specialty. It provides comprehensive compensation and job satisfaction data and CAFP encourages members explore the tool more to gain insight into how income, benefits, career satisfaction, and more compares to that of peers in similar roles and situations.

CAFP has summarized some of the key data for family physicians in the state. Thank you to those who responded to the tool’s survey last year and please watch for future surveys informing the dashboard. The more Colorado docs that take the surveys, the more accurate and useful our state data will be!
